Every novia fine piece is made to order, so our timeline has two parts:

• Production: 6–9 business days — your piece is made at our production studio in Montréal
• Shipping: 1–7 business days — tracked delivery, depending on where you are in Canada

Most orders arrive within 10 to 16 business days — typically 2 to 3 weeks. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your piece ships, so you can follow it to your door.

Because nothing we sell is made until you order it. Regular stores ship from warehouses full of mass-produced stock; we make your piece for you, in Montréal, after you choose it. Our fitted tanks and totes are even cut and sewn per order.

The trade-off is real: no mass production, no overstock, no waste — and a piece that's truly made for you. We think that's worth the wait.

You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with your tracking number when your piece ships. You can also log into your account at any time to check your order status.

Sometimes production or carriers experience delays during peak seasons (holidays, sales). If your order is past the 16 business day window, please reach out to us with your order number and we'll look into it personally.

We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order arrives. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

Because each piece is made-to-order, we cover the cost of returns only for items that arrive defective or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Yes — even though every piece is made-to-order, you can still return it within 30 days if it's not right for you. Just keep tags on and the piece in original condition.

The only exception is personalized items with custom text or names — those are final sale.

Email us at support@noviafine.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address, and walk you through it. For defective or incorrect items, we'll cover the return shipping.

Once we receive your return and inspect it, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days. It typically takes another 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your card depending on your bank.

Absolutely. Email us with your order number and the size you'd like, and we'll guide you through the exchange. Exchanges follow the same 30-day window as returns. Your replacement is made fresh for you — allow 6–9 business days of production before it ships.

Every product page has a detailed size guide with measurements in both inches and centimeters. We recommend measuring your favorite well-fitting piece and comparing to our chart.

If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up — our hoodies and sweatshirts are designed with a relaxed, cozy fit.

Most of our pieces run true to size. A few notes:

• Hoodies and crewneck sweatshirts: relaxed fit, true to size
• Cropped hoodies: intentionally cropped with a relaxed body — true to size
• Slim-fit tanks and tees: fitted and close to the body — size up if you prefer a looser look

Garment blanks for our tees, sweatshirts, and hoodies come from trusted quality brands like Bella + Canvas and Just Like Hero, then every design is printed in Montréal when you order.

Our prints use DT Film technology, tested through more than 100 washes with almost no fading or cracking. With proper care — cold wash, low or hang dry — your piece should look beautiful for years.

Yes. Our pieces are produced on demand in Montréal, Canada — a production model built around ethical, local manufacturing. Making each piece only when it's ordered also dramatically reduces waste: we never produce something that doesn't have a home.

To keep your piece looking beautiful for years:

• Machine wash cold, inside out
• Use mild detergent — skip bleach and fabric softeners
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Iron on low heat, inside out — never directly on the print

For canvas totes: spot-clean with a damp cloth and mild soap when needed. For deeper cleaning, hand wash in cold water with gentle detergent and air dry flat. Avoid the dryer to prevent shrinking. For vegan leather totes: wipe clean with a soft damp cloth.
