How should I clean and store my pieces?

To optimize finish longevity, avoid continuous direct exposure to harsh cosmetic sprays, perfumes, or heavy oils. When not in use, store your jewelry in a cool, dry place inside its original premium NOVIA pouch or a lined jewelry container to minimize natural atmospheric friction.

Cleaning

If your jewelry becomes dull or dirty, we recommend using a soft brush (a make-up brush or soft toothbrush) and an organic cleaning spray or non-detergent soap. Rinse with warm water and air dry.

You can also use a lint-free jewelry polishing cloth. If your jewelry needs a deep cleaning, please take it to your local jeweler or email us.

Are duties and checkout taxes included?

Local taxes and processing fees are calculated accurately during the checkout screen based on your delivery address destination. For international shipments outside our standard postal fulfillment corridors, any regional custom import fees or local handling duties remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping & Returns

What is your return window policy?

We want you to confidently admire your collection selections. NOVIA proudly provides a streamlined 30-day return or product exchange window from your recorded package delivery date. All returned jewelry must remain completely unworn, scratch-free, and inside its original luxury packaging layers to qualify for processing.

How long do your orders take to process?

As our company grows, please be patient with us.

Our items are made to order, and most items take 7-10 days to make and ship out as soon as they are finished.

Any order with engraving or personalized stone arrangements usually take 2-3 weeks to make.

Bespoke and custom items take an estimate of 6-8 weeks to make before shipping.
