Pricing & Currency

All prices on noviafine.com are displayed and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We currently ship within Canada only. If you're paying with a card issued outside Canada, your bank or card issuer will convert the total at the current exchange rate at the time of purchase.

When Your Card Is Charged

Your payment method is charged at the time of purchase. Because every Novia Fine piece is made to order, payment confirms your order and production begins shortly after. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase — once production begins, orders can no longer be modified. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Order Confirmation & Receipts

After your purchase, you'll receive:

  • An immediate order confirmation email with your order summary
  • A receipt for your records
  • A separate shipping notification with tracking once your piece has been made and ships from our production studio in Montréal (production takes 6–9 business days)
