- Subtle variations in print placement and finishing are normal in made-to-order production
All prices are displayed and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

- Limit the quantity of items sold to any individual, household, or region
- Refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers

5. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
We may cancel an order if:
- The product is unavailable or sold out

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will be refunded in full to your original payment method.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
All transactions are processed in CAD through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full payment card details.
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and any other charges shown at checkout.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within Canada only, with tracked delivery. Every piece is made to order — production takes 6–9 business days, after which your order ships from our production studio in Montréal. Most orders arrive within 10 to 16 business days from the day you place your order.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to your shipping address.
8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
9. Order Cancellation
Because every novia fine piece is made to order, production begins shortly after your order is placed. You may request to cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting support@noviafine.com.
After production has started, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, photography, and the "novia fine" name and marks — is the property of novia fine or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or exploit any portion of our content without our prior written permission.
